Firstly my booking was received and processed after regular working hours, which would be unheard of with the larger vehicle hire firms. This made my life easier and ensured I could definitely get a van booked.
Upon collection it took 15 minutes max at peak collection time, there were no added costs either.
Overall I was very pleased and would use GKC again.
